My March Journal
Now that my daughters are older - and taller than me - we can share a wardrobe, and we honestly do. It feels much more sustainable to invest in one piece that the three of us can get wear and joy out of, rather than doubling, or tripling, up on similar pieces for each of us.
It’s also so interesting to see how a younger person styles the same pieces that I wear. When we design the collections, we’re not targeting one age group. We aim to create pieces with universal and long-lasting appeal, pieces that can be adapted to suit each individual’s unique style. That’s why, in celebration of Mother’s Day, we decided to put together this special, cross-generational shoot.
This shoot sits alongside some other wonderful features this month, including an interview with blogger Louise Roe, book recommendations from author Imogen Edwards-Jones and a round-up of the very best films from the last year that have been written and directed by women.

My teenage daughters, Maddy and Grace, and I styled the new collection in our own unique ways for this special shoot. Perhaps unsurprisingly for their age they love the loungewear pieces, but they also love a trouser suit – so clearly the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
