My February Journal

Welcome to my first journal of 2021 and congratulations to us all for making it through January.
It feels like the worst of winter may just - touch wood - be behind us now and we can look ahead to spring (a prospect even more metaphorically profound than ever before).
In the spirit of a fresh start and a more optimistic outlook, this month’s contributions offer advice from the experts on caring for ourselves, inside and out, from the best ways to nourish skin to the most uplifting films, books and podcasts to immerse yourself in. It’s all about easily accessible joy; little boosts from those in the know that you can incorporate into your routine to form sanity-saving rituals.
And, of course, I’m back with mirror selfies in my wardrobe diary, offering a fresh look at working-from-home style that steers gently away from loungewear without sacrificing anything on comfort. I sincerely hope it, and everything else in this journal, provides a little bit of added inspiration for your day-to-day.
